The AirX uses a patented dry cleaning process with a triple nozzle compressed airhead that is PLC controlled. Both non-abrasive and thorough, the cleaning process achieves 99% dust removal in under an hour.
The dust-laden filter is placed in a diagnostic chamber analysed, weighed and back pressure tested before (and after) cleaning. The system logs the filter type where it is then tracked via a 3D barcode throughout its life cycle to facilitate business cost saving.
The cleaning process is activated, and the dust is separated from the air filter. Data is collected and exported to an external database using WiFi or 3G/4G.
The integrity of the air filter is then scientifically tested and inspected to ISO standards to ensure that it is in optimum condition, meeting or exceeding the original engine manufacturer’s specifications. Data is collected and exported to an external database using WiFi or 3G/4G.
If the filter integrity does not meet ISO standards and/or visual inspection, it will be deemed unfit for reuse. All data from reusable filters is logged and the air filter is approved for installation in equipment, prolonging efficient performance and lowering overall costs. In less than an hour, an under-performing air filter, compromising the performance of equipment, is transformed for optimal reuse.
